2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Partial Usage: No refunds will be issued for partial usage of a subscription period.
  • Past Subscription Periods: Refunds are not available for any past subscription periods, only for the current active period.
  • Promotional Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate or through special promotions are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds must be requested separately within the applicable refund period.
